- 1 lb. extra firm tofu, cut into 1″ pieces
- 1 can pumpkin puree*
- 1 can stewed tomatoes*
- 1/2 cup seed or nut butter (sunflower butter or peanut butter work best)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
* can be substituted with homemade organic puree
