Our meditation this week comes from a fellow yogi out on the West Coast. Linda Baffa suggests that we connect with the beauty and bliss of the holiday season by connecting with our truest thoughts. This meditation reminds us to extend a gentle awareness to the feelings brought up by thoughts. And, while you may want these feelings to change, it is oftentimes more peace-bearing to allow them to be. To give them room, to accept and embrace what is, leading to less inner conflict. When we come to a place of acceptance, our thoughts change. Our minds cease to run the show, and our hearts becomes more open to what comes next.
