Wellness Goes Lemon

There is no feel-good space like the kitchen. A place to inspire, create, cultivate, explore, emote, and breathe. It’s the only setting in which I personally always breathe.

And by always, I mean that no matter what is going on… the coming together of slices, dices, and chops and breath happens effortlessly. This past week, a few new recipes were birthed. Recipes for strength. For bliss.

Lemon Roasted Root Veggies
Turnips, carrots, and sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
Coconut oil
doTerra lemon oil
Garlic, chopped
Parsley, chopped
Sea salt

Roast at 450 until forkable. Pair with broccoli and cauliflower sauteed with garlic, basil, and smoked paprika.
