Fueled by Carrots

Looking for a boost? After 4 years of sleep deprivation (but who’s really counting), my immune system has gone on strike. Sure, I’m a hippie, co-sleeping, tend to my babies night-and-day kind of mom… which is the cause of this great fatigue. My lifestyle and choices aren’t going to shift anytime soon. My relationship with food just might though!

Enter Fueled by Carrots…

Energy booster? Yup. Nutrient rich? Definitely. Tasty? The toddler approves.

Add 7-8 carrots, 4 oz dates, 1 cup shredded coconut, and 1/2 cup cacao to your blender. Mix well adding more coconut if it’s too crumbly. Form into balls and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Super fun with kids. Super easy for you.
