I’m sitting on the patio where I had “the big fall.” Stretching. The mat is a safe place no matter where it lands. Three years later, I know only this: my yoga keeps me safe. And connected.
So does eating in alignment with my body’s needs. It’s SUPER safe. It brings me into wonder… how many of us eat to nurture versus how many eat just… because? Perhaps this pondering is another stretch. But is it one to bring off the mat?
